Shipping
Vintage Works offers worldwide shipping. We do our best to offer the best possible shipping service.
Items are shipped within five business days from full payment and the customer will receive a tracking number.
Standard shipping time for orders within Sweden is 1-2 business days, within the European Union 4-5 business days and 6-7 business days for non-European countries.
During holidays the time for delivery might be longer.
In cases of unexpected delays at the shipping company we reserve 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international parcels.
Please note that if a parcel is not collected, relevant fees remain unpaid within the stipulated time, or if the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer may be charged for any associated costs.
If an item has been damaged during transport the customer needs to send a photo and a short description to hello@vintageworks.se in order to receive a refund. The claim shall be done within three business days from delivery. Refunds are handled within 14 business days.
Custom fees
Please note that all applicable taxes, fees, charges etc that are associated with the shipping of product to its final destination are paid by the customer. This is applicable for orders outside of Sweden.
Pick up
Pick up at our studio in Laholm is available and we store items at no additional cost for 30 days. Please check pick up at check out or send us an email at hello@vintageworks.se.
