Shipping Policy
Vintage Works offers free worldwide shipping, and we do our best to offer the best possible shipping service. We most often ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your destination country.
Items are shipped within 5 business days of full payment, but often sooner. All orders are shipped using a tracked service, and a signature is often required upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can follow the shipment’s progress and use the provided link to rearrange delivery if needed. Please note that if you request that your order be delivered to a safe place, a neighbour, or an alternative delivery address, we are unable to cover any loss or damage to your parcel.
Domestic orders (within Sweden) are typically delivered to a DHL Service Point.
Estimated delivery times
Standard shipping time for orders within Sweden is 1-2 business days, within the European Union is 5-6 business days, and for non-European countries is 7-10 business days. During holidays, delivery times may be longer.
If it’s a hurry, please contact us for an express shipping quote. We ship express with DHL Express.
DDP
We provide a DDP shipping service (starting on April 1, 2026) on orders shipped to the UK. This means all customs charges and import VAT are included in the price of your order, and no additional charges should be applicable.
If your order has been shipped DDP and you are contacted about customs charges once the parcel is on its way, please do not pay and instead contact us immediately at hello@vintageworks.se.
Orders shipped outside the EU and UK
Please note that all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with shipping the product to its final destination are paid by the customer. This applies to orders outside the EU and the UK.
Local Pick up
Pick up at our studio in Laholm is available, and we store items at no additional cost for 30 days. Please select pick up at checkout or send us an email at hello@vintageworks.se.

We ship worldwide and items are dispatched within five business days from purchase.
EU & UK ORDERS
Fees and VAT are included. No additional fees upon delivery.

Unexpected delays and damage
In the event of unexpected shipping company delays, we allow up to 30 days for domestic deliveries and 60 days for international parcels. Rest assured, it will be worth the wait; each of our items is one-of-a-kind and handpicked.
Please note that if a parcel is not collected, relevant fees remain unpaid within the stipulated time, or if the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer may be charged for any associated costs.
If an item has been damaged during transport, the customer needs to send a photo and a brief description to hello@vintageworks.se. The claim shall be made within three business days from delivery. Refunds are handled within 14 business days.
