Do you deliver internationally?

Vintage Works offers free worldwide shipping, and we do our best to offer the best possible shipping service. We most often ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your destination country.

Items are shipped within 5 business days of full payment, but often sooner. All orders are shipped using a tracked service.

Are there any additional charges for international orders?

𝐄𝐔 & 𝐔𝐊 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒 - Fees and VAT are included. No additional fees upon delivery.

𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒 - Customers outside the EU and the UK are responsible for paying any applicable fees and taxes.

How long does it take to ship my parcel?

Items are shipped within 5 business days of full payment, but often sooner. All orders are shipped using a tracked service.

Standard shipping time for orders within Sweden is 1-2 business days, within the European Union is 5-6 business days, and for non-European countries is 7-10 business days. During holidays, delivery times may be longer.

If it’s a hurry, please contact us for an express shipping quote. We ship express with DHL Express.

How do you source and care for your items?

Every piece in our shop reflects our guiding principle: if it could belong in our own home, it belongs in our collection. We hand-select 20th-century pieces for quality and beautiful patina. For care, we collaborate with skilled craftspeople in Sweden for framing, sewing, lampshades, and electrical work. Each item is unique and undergoes careful review before being offered for sale.

What should I expect from a vintage item?

Vintage items showcase unique signs of wear, such as patina on metals, scratches, faded colors, and fabric wear. These imperfections add authenticity and charm, reflecting their rich history. We describe every piece in detail with text and photos. Feel free to contact us for more information.

What happens if an item breaks during shipping?

We take great care in carefully wrapping your item. If an item has been damaged during transport the customer needs to send a photo and a short description to hello@vintageworks.se in order to receive a refund. The claim should be done within three business days from delivery. Refunds are handled within 14 business days. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, all items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. More information can be found in our Refund Policy

Is it possible to inspect an item before purchase?

Please send an email to hello@vintageworks.se if you wish to visit our studio in Laholm.

Do you offer local pick up?

Pick up at our studio in Laholm is available and we store items at no additional cost for 30 days. Please select "Pick up" at check-out or send us an email at hello@vintageworks.se.
