Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, free world wide shipping is included in the listed price.
International customers should note that all applicable taxes, fees, charges etc that are associated with the shipping of product to its final destination are paid by the customer. This applies for orders shipped outside the European Union.
Combined shipping for quantity orders available if possible.
How long does it take to ship my parcel?
Items are shipped within five business days from full payment and the customer will receive a tracking number. Standard shipping time for orders within Sweden is 1-2 business days, within the European Union 3-4 business days and 5-6 business days for non-European countries.
During holidays the time for delivery may be extended.
In case of unexpected delays at the shipping company we reserve 30 days for domestic and 60 days for international parcels.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, all items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. More information can be found in our Refund Policy.
What happens if an item breaks during shipping?
We take great care in carefully wrapping your item. If an item has been damaged during transport the customer needs to send a photo and a short description to email@example.com in order to receive a refund. The claim should be done within three business days from delivery. Refunds are handled within 14 business days.
Is it possible to inspect an item before purchase?

Do you offer local pick up?
Pick up at our studio in Laholm is available and we store items at no additional cost for 30 days. Please select "Pick up" at check-out or send us an email at email@example.com.
