Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with the item (s) you have purchased. However, all items bought online can be canceled and returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, kindly notify us of the return by emailing hello@vintageworks.se prior to dispatch.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Vintage Works will reimburse the full amount, minus shipping costs, applicable taxes, fees, charges, and any potential damage to the item(s). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@vintageworks.se.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any other costs associated. We kindly ask you to use a shipping tracking service and ensure the item is securely wrapped. Items that are lost during return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Return of orders from outside the EU and UK

Please ensure parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning the item. If goods are held by customs due to shipping errors, we will not be able to process a refund.

Return of orders from the UK

To ensure the parcel is correctly handled by UK customs, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
