Refund Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with the item (s) you have purchased. However, all items bought online can be canceled and returned. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request through our Withdrawal order page or contact us by email hello@vintageworks.se within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us or submit a withdrawal request before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please submit a request through our Withdrawal Request page. Once your request has been received, you will receive confirmation by email.
Vintage Condition
All items sold by Vintage Works are vintage or pre-owned and are therefore expected to show signs of age, wear and use. We carefully describe and photograph each item and encourage customers to review all images and descriptions before purchasing. Natural wear and patina consistent with age are not considered defects.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Vintage Works will reimburse the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be deducted from the refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any other costs associated. We kindly ask you to use a shipping tracking service and ensure the item is securely wrapped. Items that are lost during return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Return of orders from outside the EU and UK
Please ensure parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning the item. If goods are held by customs due to shipping errors, we will not be able to process a refund.
Return of orders from the UK
To ensure the parcel is correctly handled by UK customs, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
