Refund Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with the item/items you have purchased.

However, all items bought online can be canceled and returned within 14 days of receipt.
In order to be eligible for a full refund kindly notify us of the return by emailing hello@vintageworks.se prior to dispatch. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Vintage Works will reimburse the full amount minus shipping cost, potential applicable taxes, fees, charges, etc. associated with the product's shipping to its final destination, and any potential damages to the item/items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@vintageworks.se.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and any other costs associated. We kindly ask you to use a shipping tracking service and make sure that the item is safely wrapped. Items that are lost during return shipping will not be reimbursed.
